• Managing external contractors and ensuring quality and cost-efficiency

• Handling service charge accounts and preparing statutory financial reports

• Collecting contributions and managing block finances transparently

• Issuing Section 20 Notices and managing legislative compliance

• Providing Company Secretarial services, including meeting notices, minutes, and chairing

• Managing the legal side of property sales and purchaser enquiries

• Overseeing tender processes and sourcing competitive contractor quotes

• Project-managing major works and capital improvements

• Handling insurance claims on your behalf

• Conducting regular health and safety and fire risk assessments of communal areas

Your Financial Security

 

When we manage your block's finances, we open a separate client account specifically in your block’s name. Directors can be added as joint signatories if desired, and we’ll always seek your approval before making larger payments. Monthly statements can be sent by email or post, and if you prefer to manage your sinking fund independently, we’ll set that up in a separate account as well.

However, if you have your own preferred service providers, we’re happy to work with them too. This allows us to secure competitive insurance rates and manage any claims efficiently — all included in our standard management fee. We also collaborate with experienced local accountancy firms who can assist with service charge and company accounts if needed.
